FAQ
Q. How many days are in the event?

     A. All of our tournaments are 2 day events.

Q. How many tournaments will we have during the calendar year?

     A. We will try to have about 26 to 32 events throught out the year. We are currently trying to schedule more events.

Q. On what days of the week will the tournaments be on?

     A. The majority of the tournament will be on Tuesdays and Wednesday

Q. What is your withdrawal/no show policy?

Q. In case of a rain delay, what happens to the purse?
    
     A. As long as we can get 18 holes finished, the purse will not change.

Q. When will I receive my checks? Do you mail them?

     A. Because we are accepting entry fees on site, we need to wait a couple of days for the checks to clear before we can write the checks. We do not want to write bad checks. We will have the checks ready for you to pick up at the next event. You may use your checks as credit or how ever you would like it. We will also mail them if thats what you prefer.

Q. What happens with our taxes? Do you file them for us? What about Foreign players?

     A. First, everyone needs to fill out a W-9 form or W-8BEN form (foreign players without Tax ID number) at registration at your first event before we can file anything. We will provide you with your forms when its time to file taxes, however we do not file your taxes for you. For foreign players, we are required by law to withhold 30% of your winnings. We will submit that amount to the U.S. Treasury for you. There are NO exceptions.

Q. Are caddies allowed and will they be able to ride along in a cart with the players?

     A. Yes, caddies are allowed in all the events. For more information please click here.

Q. Are lasers/range finders allowed during every event?

     A. Yes, you may use a laser/range finder that measures DISTANCE only. NO exceptions.
